Two Different Groups are available:

​

Early Coaches - Up to 3-5 years in business

Established Coaches - More than 5 years in business

These timelines are for guidance only and to help you choose.

• In the first few years in coaching business, or still employed considering a freelance life as a Coach (Early Coaches)

• Or in an established Coaching Practice for more than five years or so (Established Coaches)

• Feeling weary trying to keep building a coaching practice alone

• Comfortable as a Coach but miserable with sales and marketing

• Feeling a bit lost and demotivated

• Considering returning to a 'job job', to escape the stuckness

What sort of topics come up?

Examples of commonly raised topics are -

"I hate selling; Specialisation & niche (pros and cons); I can't find the right clients; Marketing feels uncomfortable; I hate social media; Mindset & beliefs about freelancing; How do I use my previous career to help me now; How should I use Linkedin"; and many many more.

In the group for Established Coaches we also see topics such as:

"I'm bored of my niche; What used to work has stopped working; I'm frustrated with the speed of growth; I'm not doing as well as I'd hoped; I don't get much associate work from my contacts" and many many more

The groups are run with a coach-mentoring approach. 

This means there will be curiosity, space, safety and zero-judgement. Unlike pure coaching, we contribute ideas and inspiration when appropriate, to bridge gaps and signpost to development areas.

Outcomes and Outputs:

You'll leave with a sense of community and allyship in your business and an invitation to be part of a growing community. A host of reflective questions to allow you to continue to self-coach. Accountability goals and next steps to keep you on track. Insights, advice and ideas from peers and mentor. Signposts to experts in specific development areas to help you know how to gain skills.

We don't promise:

That you will retire to be a digital nomad in Bali on £90K a week.  But that's not why you wanted to work with beautiful clients, is it?​​​​
